Who we are
Aadithya Lanka builds high-rise, residential, commercial and hospitality projects across Sri Lanka, from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover. The group's core team has delivered some of Colombo's defining structures, and today it holds more than LKR 25 billion of work under construction, including the tallest residential tower currently rising in Battaramulla.
The company was incorporated in 2024 and is part of a growing family of businesses across construction, property development, interiors and hospitality, with operations in Sri Lanka, India and the United Arab Emirates. Its way of working is simple: engineering rigour, disciplined project controls, and accountability to the client from inception to completion.

Large, complex buildings where programme certainty and cost discipline decide the outcome: high-rise and mixed-use developments in the city, and function-first commercial and industrial structures from warehouses to silos.

Hotels, interiors and fit-outs, delivered around operating businesses.
Refurbishment is sequenced around the guest and the tenant, not the contractor. Resort refurbishment on a design-and-build basis, hospitality interiors and bespoke fit-outs, with the interior designers in-house.
