Working with us
Our projects run from high-rise structure through to interior fit-out, so there is a range of work to move across. People here take responsibility early, learn on live projects alongside engineers who have delivered towers, and move up on what they deliver.
Safety comes first on every site. Inductions, method statements and protective equipment come before the work starts, and no one is asked to make up lost time by cutting a corner.
The work itself is listed under projects, the people running it under leadership, and the standards every site is held to under sustainability.

We hire against the projects we are mobilising rather than to a published schedule, so roles open through the year. Send your CV whether or not one is advertised.
Site and structural engineering
Setting out, substructure and RC frame, floor-cycle management and technical coordination on high-rise and industrial structures.
Quantity surveying and contracts
Measurement, valuations, subcontract packages, variations and final accounts, working directly with the commercial team.
Planning and project controls
Programme development and re-forecasting, progress measurement, cost against budget, and the reporting a client sees.
MEP coordination
Services coordination against structure and ceiling voids, contractor drawings, testing and commissioning through to handover.
Health, safety and quality
Site safety officers and QA engineers running inductions, inspections, method statements, test plans and close-out.
Site supervision and finishing
Supervisors and finishing foremen holding the standard on structure, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, joinery and final finishes.
Design and interiors
Interior designers, detailers and design coordinators working alongside the engineering team, from concept to fit-out.
Procurement and stores
Sourcing, rate negotiation, logistics and site stores across the group's supply base in Sri Lanka, India and the United Arab Emirates.

Graduates and trainees
Graduate engineers and quantity surveyors, and undergraduates looking for an industrial training placement, are welcome to write in. Placements are on live projects under a named supervisor.
