The group's core engagement. Programme, procurement, subcontractor packages, site management, quality and safety sit with us, and the client holds one contract and one point of accountability. This covers everything from a 46-storey apartment tower to a single garden residence.

Systems tested, commissioned and documented, with authority approvals in place.

A complete, documented building, with the drawings, warranties and support to operate it.

Plant and formwork
Tower cranes, hoists, placing equipment and system formwork are selected against the floor cycle the programme depends on, and mobilised for the life of the structure rather than shared across sites.
Project controls
One baselined programme per project, re-forecast on a fixed cycle, with cost measured against budget and a written report to the client at every review.
Site engineering and testing
Setting out, inspection and test plans agreed with the consultant, and materials testing through accredited laboratories with certificates held against every pour and delivery.
The team
More than 200 professionals across the group: site and structural engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, MEP coordinators, safety officers and finishing supervisors, led by people who have delivered towers before.
