Surianarayanan Balakrishnan
B.E. (Civil), EMBA, PMP, MRICS
A construction and project management professional with more than 27 years of international experience across Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates and India. His career covers project management, construction management, business operations and the delivery of large, technically complex building developments.
He has managed mass housing developments, high-rise and super-tall buildings, commercial developments and large institutional projects in several countries, with a combined project value of more than USD 500 million. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and an Executive MBA, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Before Aadithya Lanka he held senior leadership roles with Shapoorji Pallonji Lanka Ltd, contributing to the execution and management of 606 The Address, Altair and the Ministry of Labour headquarters in Colombo. That work built his depth in multidisciplinary teams, complex construction methods, project controls, commercial management, quality, health and safety, and on-time delivery.
As Managing Director & CEO he holds overall responsibility for the company's strategic direction, growth and operational performance, from corporate strategy, business development and commercial performance to client relationships, governance, risk and project delivery. He believes a construction company's long-term success has to rest on more than financial results: on integrity, professional excellence, strong governance, respect for people and responsibility to the environment.

BA (Interior Design)
An interior designer and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in interior design, architectural coordination, design development and project execution, across residential, commercial, corporate, hospitality and high-end interiors.
As a Director of Aadithya Lanka she contributes to the company's strategic development, business development and design coordination, bringing architecture, interiors, engineering, procurement and construction together on its high-rise residential and commercial projects.
She is the founder and a Director of Converge Design Studio (Pvt) Ltd, an interior design and build company, and established Selene D'art, the art gallery and design concept in Colombo 07.

Group Director, Commercial Operations
Leads commercial operations for the group, including procurement, contracts and commercial governance across Aadithya Lanka's projects.
