A boutique apartment building on Rosmead Place in Colombo 07, with a refined stone-and-glass elevation and a lobby finished to residential-hotel standard. The Chateau sky villa occupying the upper level was built out as a full interior fit-out, with bespoke joinery, stone and lighting throughout. Completed in December 2020 by our core delivery team.
